Minimum term, hours, hosting and timings: what is worth knowing before we start.
Ask a questionThat is the most common case, but we also look after websites built by other teams. Before starting, we run a technical review to get to know it and set it up properly.
Plans start with a three-month minimum, just enough time to see results. After that they run month to month, and you can change level whenever you like.
Each month’s hours are for that month. If there is little to ask for, we invest them in improvements we propose: speed, SEO or content.
Extra hours are quoted separately and always confirmed with you first. If it keeps happening, the next level usually pays off.
Yes, in all three levels: managed hosting on European servers, SSL certificate, daily backups and website monitoring.
On working days we reply within 24 hours, and on the Evolution plan your requests go to the front of the queue.
