Context and challenge

Viving®’s challenge was to design a platform capable of communicating trust, closeness, clarity and emotional wellbeing at the same time. In a sensitive sector such as mental health, design is never neutral: every visual and functional decision influences how users perceive the service and whether they feel ready to take the step of seeking help.

A beautiful interface was not enough. The brand had to support credibility and enable a fluid search, selection and booking experience. The product needed to feel mature from the very first point of contact.

Strategic approach

We conceived Viving® as a digital brand with room to grow. The experience needed to be clear and contemporary, but also warm enough to belong to the world of emotional health and online therapy. The identity could not be cold or clinical: it had to communicate support, not just efficiency.

We worked from product strategy outwards: first defining what the user should feel upon arrival, and from there building the identity, architecture and components.

Visual development

The identity and interface were developed together from the beginning. The system needed to feel human enough to connect with users in an emotional context, but also solid and professional enough to generate trust in the service. The premium perception came from the coherence of the whole: tone, palette, hierarchy, components and experience architecture.

The logo communicates balance and modernity without falling into the usual codes of the healthcare sector. The palette was built around tones that evoke serenity and clarity, moving away from both medical coldness and the informality of many wellbeing apps.

System, replicability and depth

Viving® was designed as a scalable product foundation. Each component was conceived to work independently and also as part of a coherent system. Clear navigation and visual continuity between sections allow users to orient themselves without effort, reducing friction in an especially sensitive context.

Consistency between desktop and mobile was not an afterthought; it was part of the design logic from the start. The system is prepared to grow without losing coherence.

Result and transformation

The project resulted in a platform with its own identity, designed to build trust and offer a coherent experience to both registered professionals and users seeking psychological support online.

Viving® has a visual and functional foundation capable of standing alongside international references in the sector, with a brand that communicates rigour and closeness in equal measure.

Strategic reading

Viving® confirms that designing for mental health requires going beyond aesthetics. Every design decision is also a decision about trust. The brand does not decorate the platform: it holds it together. And that is only possible when the process begins with strategy, not form.
