Context and challenge

The project demanded thinking in terms of destination, not simply decorative design. The challenge was to articulate an aspirational and coherent vision for a singular location, defining how arrival, circulation, stay and the social experience of the whole place should feel.

Strategic approach

We approached Mamula as the construction of an environment and an experience. Each area needed to speak to the others in order to create a complete reading: entrance, dock, restaurant, terraces, pool, dance and relaxation as parts of the same imagined world.

Visual development

3D was central to giving the project form and exploring relationships between architecture, circulation, light, atmosphere and use. The value of the case lies as much in the images as in the ability to imagine a complete spatial experience with commercial and sensory intent.

System, replicability and depth

Although it was not a rollout project, it required a systemic vision: everything had to feel part of the same visual and experiential world. The design needed to sustain a unified reading, even when each area served a different function.

Outcome and transformation

The project translated a complex vision into a clear, aspirational spatial proposal, deeply connected to the historic character of Mamula Island.

Through 3D modelling and advanced rendering, we were able to explore routes, atmospheres, areas for pause and gathering, and the relationship with the sea — showing how each idea could be integrated into the site without diluting the strength of the place.

Strategic reading

Mamula shows that we also know how to design through space, experience and three-dimensional imagery even when the project moves closer to the world of high-end hospitality than to traditional digital branding.
